Ma fille de 11 ans est très contente de son premier téléphone. Il fonctionne très bien. Elle est ravie de ne pas avoir un "téléphone à touche", ce que nous aurions choisi pour elle sans "The Phone". Ses copines demandent le même à leurs parents maintenant !

Mon 3210 faisait mieux...
Un téléphone pour téléphoner...ok mais il y a quand même beaucoup de trou dans la raquette. Je trouve que la partie OS/logiciel est franchement limité.
Impossible de supprimer les messages (et si mon enfant reçois des messages menaçant/déplacé/qu'iel ne veut plus voir, à iel de vivre avec ?)
Impossible de désactiver la vibration quand on écrit
Impossible d'ajouter un contact depuis un message reçu
Impossible de changer (vraiment) de sonnerie... c'est toujours le même thème.
Et surtout : Impossible à mettre à jour !!!
J'ai contacté le SAV sur 2 numéro de téléphone... sans succès. J'ai laissé un message avec mes coordonnées...pas de rappel. KO sur le matos et KO sur le SAV.
Résultat, j'ai l'impression d'avoir un téléphone encore moins avancé que mon vieux 3210... vraiment triste que les relais 2G soient supprimé car sinon j'aurai opté pour du rétro plutôt que ThePhone.

Un téléphone sans internet, parfait pour ma grande de 11 ans!
Il permet de rester joignable par appel ou par sms. J'aurais aimé pouvoir acheter la version Plus du Phone (je m'y suis pris trop tard malheureusement), car avec la 3G les appels ne passent pas toujours super bien.
