1st update: the big clean-up
It's a bit like a spring reset for The Phone! But don't worry, it's a unique and essential step. For this first time, the update will wipe the slate clean and erase all data on the phone.
And after this, no more need for major cleaning for future updates.
Why do this big cleaning?
Because this update is like an entry ticket for smooth and easy improvements in the future. So, fasten your seatbelts, and here we go for the first (and last) reset! Thank you for your understanding and welcome to The Phone family!
How to update?
Step 1
Download The Phone Tool, the software to perform the update using the button just below and install the software on your computer.
If needed, here is the user guide to download.
At the beginning of the download, a window may open to warn you of a danger. Don't worry, this is normal! This is only because this update software is new and not yet known by the different systems.
Step 2
Once the software is installed, open it using the shortcut created on your computer's desktop and follow the instructions.
Remember to note your contacts before updating.
Step 3
Enjoy the new features of your The Phone.
- Enable/disable airplane mode
- Date and time setting
- Added "PC Connection" to menu to allow future application updates without data loss.
- Delete all SMS in a conversation
- All texts added/modified in the application have been in French, English and Spanish
