- Delivery times are 48 to 72 business hours for home delivery and 2 to 5 business days for Relay Point delivery.
For international orders, these times may be extended. - The Refurbished Phone is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt of the device.

Our software and our Protect + Case are manufactured in France.
The phone is produced in China because it is not currently possible to produce a phone in France.
